Michelle’s boudoir shoot was a really special one because not only was her first boudoir experience, but it helped her remember her own internal and outward beauty. After struggling with her image and self-worth as a teenager, Michelle was more than happy to get in touch with her sultry side, while having some good old-fashioned fun.
“Initially I thought it would be a great wedding gift for my fiancé,” says Michelle,“but as time went on and I started shopping for my outfits, I was reminded of how beautiful I was, imperfections and all.” While the shoot still kept its original purpose, as a present for Michelle’s husband-to-be, it became more of a gesture of self-care, in the process.
“It was only recently, in the last year or two, that I started to look in the mirror and tell myself I was strong and beautiful,” says Michelle, “Doing the shoot and seeing my images were like the winning one-two punch in a fight that had been going on for years.”
And the best part? This shoot felt more like a hang-out session, than anything high strung or intense. In fact, Michelle says she was surprised by how relaxing it was.
“I was finally able to see just how stunning I really am. The best part of my experience was you helping me feel better about myself. I wouldn’t change a thing about it.”
And while Michelle is more than happy with her “hot” new photos, she’s more than happy to recommend the process to others. The key, Michelle says, is to hop over to the Facebook group and see for yourself!
