Ms. D’s Story – A Military Wife Sees Herself In A Different Light

Ms. D was the sweetest to work with! She wanted to gift her husband boudoir photos after a long deployment but ended up seeing herself in a completely different way after her shoot. Read her story below. <3

 

 

Q: Have you ever done a boudoir shoot before? If is, how did your shoot with Jenn compare to your prior experience?

A: Nope, this was my first time!

 

Q:Why did you do your boudoir shoot?

A: I wanted something for my husband after a long deployment. I also wanted to be able to see myself in a different light.

 

Q: What was your favorite part of the session?

A: I loved how comfortable Jenn made me feel. I started out nervous and by the end of the first set I felt very comfortable.

 

Q: What did doing this shoot do for your self confidence, self worth, and self image? Tell me your story.

A: It definitely boosted my self esteem, I had no idea I could ever feel or look so beautiful. As a mom to 3 I have long felt that I have lost myself. This shoot was very much needed.

 

Q: Was your experience what you were expecting? If not, how was it different?

A: Absolutely, better than expected.

 

Q: What was the best part of your experience? Would you change anything?

A: I enjoyed getting my hair and makeup done. Again, as a mom of 3 kids, other than a few swipes of mascara I don’t wear makeup typically. A ponytail is my go to hair! So that was a special treat for me.

Q: Would you recommend us to a friend?

A: I have told anyone that would listen to me LOL
