Ms. A – I am confident, capable, and beautiful

Ms. A is the perfect example of how a shoot that begins as a gift for a significant other can turn into a gift for yourself as well. Teenage years are tough. Kids can be so mean. We’ve all witnessed it in some form or another. Ms. A stood her ground and decided “enough is enough” once and for all. A gift meant for her husband-to-be helped her to see that she is confident, capable, and beautiful.. as many have always known she was.  Read on to hear her story. <3

 

Q: Have you ever done a boudoir shoot before? If is, how did your shoot with Jenn compare to your prior experience?

A: I have never done a boudoir shoot before. It was one of the most exhilarating experiences for me! So fun!

 

Q: Why did you do your boudoir shoot?

A: I wanted my soon to be husband to see me all dolled up and being photographed in sexy lingerie as a wedding gift.

 

Q: What was your favorite part of the session?

A: Putting on all the different outfits and posing differently.

 

Q: What did doing this shoot do for your self confidence, self worth, and self image? Tell me your story.

A: Honestly, I don’t have much confidence in myself. About 10 minutes into the shoot, something just clicked. I felt good and not self conscious at all. I’ve always struggled with my body image but after seeing my images I could not believe I actually look like that! I went through a really tough time up until my senior year of high school. I was constantly called fat and ugly which made me think that I actually was those things  if people were saying it. In the last few years now as an adult, I’ve finally said enough is enough. I will not let people define me, I define me. I am confident, capable, and beautiful and nobody can or will take that away from me now.

 

Q: Was your experience what you were expecting? If not, how was it different?

A: I didn’t have anything to compare it to, but I thought it was what I expected it to be.. and more!

 

Q: What was the best part of your experience? Would you change anything?

A: Seeing my images after all was said and done. I still am shocked!

 

Q: Is there anything extra you would like to tell us?

A: I had the best time! The images are stunning. Hair and makeup was awesome!
